Just before the new year, we said goodbye to our beloved copper brewhouse and traded it in for a brand new brewing system. Our old brewhouse had been pumping out brews since we opened the brewing in 1998.

The new system is now up and running, serving all the great Ellis Island brews we've been mixing over the years. With the new system we can brew four times more batches that we could before. This means more of our regular beers (light, hefeweizen, amber, IPA, stout and root beer), as well as more seasonals will be coming your way in 2018! Cheers!
